We only recommend & supply
products that our engineers have installed and our
Support team have supported. However we continue to
update our list of products and if you have a
specific requirement for a product that we don’t
mention on our web site we’d be pleased to hear from

What type of Scanner?

Low Volume – Ad hoc usage
A
low cost Flat Bed Scanner should suffice. There’s a
choice at retail outlets. Just make sure it has a
TWAIN driver.

“Paperless Office” –
Around 250 pages per day. We
recommend the fi-5015C – it has both a Sheet Feeder
& Flat Bed.

“Paperless Office”
– Around 1,000 pages per day. You
can choose the fi-5120C and a low cost Flat Bed or
the fi-5220C that has a Sheet Feeder & Flat Bed.

“Paperless Office”
– High Volumes. Contact us and we’ll discuss suitable products
according to your expected throughput.
You’ll also need to consider
the size of your documents and whether you need a
Duplex scanner.
Delivery, Configuration &
Installation
You can choose to simply
purchase a scanner from us and that’s fine. However
we also offer an Installation Service that we’ll
match to your specific needs.
On-going Maintenance
We offer an Annual Maintenance
Agreement for all Fujitsu Scanners. Other hardware
too such as Servers, PC’s, Printers, hubs, routers …
Scanning Software
The Scanners that we supply
come with scanning software. You define the directory(s) on your Hard Drive that will hold your
scanned documents. The scanning process is very
straightforward.

Management database we can supply you with a market
leading solution – Rapport. And yes, we’re
biased because it’s our own product. It’s taken us
over 5 years to develop and has hundreds of users
