If you already have a Smartphone or PDA with Internet Access you’re half way there. All you then need is our Business Diary, (it’s called Rapport), installed on your office PC or Server.

Then to access the Diary you simply log onto your Diary via our secure Internet Log-in Procedure. It’s as simple as that.

Of course you don’t have to use a Smartphone or PDA a Computer Notebook or PC will do. And any PC too that has Internet Access so it could be on a customer’s premises in an Internet Café …

So what’s the Cost?

You’ll need a copy of the Rapport Diary on your PC or Server. This costs £50. Then you’ll need an additional license for each Concurrent User. This costs £25 per concurrent user provided you purchase these within 30 days of your initial purchase. These prices exclude VAT.

So, for example, you can currently get a five concurrent user license for the Rapport Diary for £150 plus VAT.
